Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Once upon a time, in a cozy cottage deep in the forest, lived three bears: Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear. Each bear had their own bowl of porridge, chair, and bed. One sunny morning, after preparing their breakfast, they decided to take a walk while their porridge cooled.
Not far away, a little girl named Goldilocks was wandering through the forest. She was curious and adventurous. Eventually, she stumbled upon the bears' charming cottage. She knocked on the door, but no one answered. Intrigued, she pushed the door open and went inside.
Goldilocks saw three bowls of porridge on the table. First, she tasted Papa Bear's porridge, but it was too hot. Next, she tried Mama Bear's porridge, but it was too cold. Finally, she tasted Baby Bear's porridge, which was just right, and she ate it all up.
After eating, Goldilocks felt tired and looked for a place to sit. She found three chairs in the living room. First, she sat in Papa Bear's chair, but it was too big. Next, she sat in Mama Bear's chair, but it was too soft. Finally, she sat in Baby Bear's chair, which was just right, but it broke under her weight.
Feeling even more tired, Goldilocks went upstairs and found three beds. First, she lay down on Papa Bear's bed, but it was too hard. Next, she lay down on Mama Bear's bed, but it was too soft. Finally, she lay down on Baby Bear's bed, which was just right. Goldilocks soon fell into a deep sleep.
Shortly after, the three bears returned home from their walk. They immediately noticed something was wrong.
"Someone's been eating my porridge," growled Papa Bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge," said Mama Bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge, and it's all gone!" cried Baby Bear.
Then they moved to the living room.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair," growled Papa Bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair," said Mama Bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair, and it's broken!" cried Baby Bear.
The bears climbed the stairs and entered their bedroom.
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed," growled Papa Bear.
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed," said Mama Bear.
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed, and she's still there!" cried Baby Bear.
Goldilocks woke up to see the three bears staring down at her. She screamed, jumped out of bed, and ran out of the cottage as fast as her legs could carry her. She dashed through the forest and didn't stop until she reached her home.
The bears never saw Goldilocks again, but they learned to always lock their door when they went out. As for Goldilocks, she was more careful in her adventures, having learned a valuable lesson about respecting others' property. And so, the bears lived happily ever after in their cozy cottage in the forest.
