Food

Let's start with the different types of food and what they do for our bodies. There are five main groups of food: fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy (or alternatives).

  1. Fruits

    : Fruits are colorful and delicious. They provide us with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Examples of fruits include apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, and watermelons.

  2. Vegetables

    : Vegetables are super healthy and come in different shapes, sizes, and colors. They give us vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Examples of vegetables include carrots, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, and peppers.

  3. Grains
