Length Measurement

Length measurement is a way to find out how long something is. We use different tools to measure length like a ruler, a tape measure, or a yardstick. A ruler has little lines and numbers on it and we use it to measure things that are not too long, like the length of a pencil or a piece of paper. A tape measure is long and flexible, and we use it to measure things like the length of a room or the size of a piece of fabric. A yardstick is even longer and we use it to measure bigger things like a piece of land or a building.
